FDM Thermoplastics

PolyJet Photopolymers

Polyjet 3D Printing is an additive manufacturing technology, which creates precision prototypes. 
The process is designed to create 3D printing models of Polyjet materials that look and feel realistic. The technology’s very thin print layers allow you to produce complex and detailed shapes with smooth surfaces, while it is capable of printing multiple materials simultaneously.

SLA Photopolymers

Stereolithography is one of the most advanced and accurate rapid prototyping technologies, which is most ideal for concept modeling, fit-form-function testing and a variety of molding techniques. In an SLA process, the laser is capable of fusing metal, plastic, glass and ceramic particles into a 3D Printed model. Offering a variety of different coloured materials, SLA is an ideal technology for economical and rapid 3D printing.

SLS Powder Based Resins

Selective Laser Sintering is an additive manufacturing and rapid prototyping process that builds 3D parts by using a laser to selectively sinter (heat and fuse) powdered materials.  SLS parts are built layer-by-layer from a 3D CAD file, which is turned into 2D cross sections and sent to an SLS machine for production. SLS materials possess chemical resistance, low moisture absorption and excellent surface resolution properties.

DMLS Metals 

Direct Metal Laser Sintering, also known as Selective Laser Melting, is an additive metal fabrication process. DMLS machines use a high powered 200 watt Yb-fiber optic laser to fuse metal powder into a solid part. Aluminium, Maraging Steel and Stainless Steel are DMLS materials, which we offer for your rapid manufacturing projects.
