With triple-jetting technology, the Connex2 3D Production System combines as many as three resins into a mixed tray or even a single part.

Base Materials Include:


Rigid Opaque - for precies accurate tools and models

Transparent - for clear models or translucent combinations

Rubber-like - for soft non-slip surfaces and flexible details

Specialty Materials - such as bio-compatible, high temperature, and simulated polypropylene


Digital Materials - Specially engineered composite options, including Digital ABS, allow you to 3D print across a spectrum of precise material properties

The Objet500 Connex2 offers more than a hundred Digital Material options, a variety of shore values and a range of opacities. This machine is built to tackle a wide range of prototyping applications including:

• Designers and Researchers requiring
   transparency and durability and/or flexibility in
   one part

• Service bureaus needing a high output and
   diverse parts all at once

• Manufacturers wanting to combine hard and  
   soft features in a single build

The large build size on the Connex2 allows anything from large builds to multiple smaller parts in a single print job.
Backed by proven PolyJet technology.


The Polyjet technology behind the Connex2 is a proven standard in the world of 3D printing. Similarly to 2D inkjet printing, PolyJet printers lay liquid photopolymer resin onto the build tray and then cure them with a UV light.

The layers then build up one at a time to create the finished prototype. Once the print is finished, parts can be held immediately without additional post-curing. 

the PolyJet process features a gel-like support, designed to support overhangs, that washes away easily with water.

By combining speed, precision and multiple materials, PolyJet is the standard for realism.
