ResistantMaterial Finish For Better Resolution

This new material was designed with end-users in mind and its increased robustness will benefit manufacturers in a variety of different industries. Automotive, consumer electronics, commercial machinery, sporting goods, and construction will see immediate benefits in 3D printing jigs and fixtures, electrical boxes, recreational vehicle component and outdoors goods when compared with the common ABS thermoplastic material

Currently compatible with the Fortus 360mc, 400mc and 900mc 3D Production Systems, ASA thermoplastic improves on the properties of ABS, by offering UV resistance and an exceptional surface finish. Parts printed will now be more durable and resist fading even with long-term exposure to direct sunlight. The matte finish of ASA improves the aesthetics of projects requiring high detail, such as text.
