Achieving Prototype Realism & Functional Performance Without Compromises

The Stratasys J750 isn’t just the latest innovation in 3D printing technology, it is a game-changing platform for product development. It’s any shape you can imagine, any color you can dream of, and any detail words can’t express — made tangible in a matter of hours. And it’s knowing for sure that your next big thing is as spectacular as you envisioned. Three new ground-breaking material enhancements cement the Stratasys J750 as the premiere full-colour, multi-material rapid prototyping solution. In the video below, take a close-up look at the prototyping capabilities of the 3D printing system from a Stratasys engineer featuring the material enhancements.

Tough Functional Engineering Parts
First is the new Digital ABS Plus material that simulates standard ABS plastics by combining high-temperature resistance with toughness. This printing material offers the highest possible impact resistance of Polyjet technology and is perfect for creating realistic, precise parts/tools that are tough and heat resistant.

Consumer Goods Featuring Rubber & Full-Colour Texture
The Agilus30 is a rubber-like material made for enhanced tear resistance and a rubber texture. The Polyjet printing material offers superior tear-resistance, capable of withstanding repeated flexing and bending and is ideal for simulating the look, feel and function of rubber-like products.

Eyewear Prototypes Look More Realistic & Functional
New VeroFlex printing material is a rigid Polyjet photopolymer that has been specially curated for prototyping in the eyewear industry. This new material offers advanced design verification and functional performance capabilities tuned to the needs of eyewear design and their manufacturing companies. You can see from the video above that VeroFlex features excellent durability and flexibility to withstand the functionality of consumer eyewear such as drops, lens-mounting and everyday stress/wearability tests.
