DMLS Additive Manufacturing Material
NickelAlloy IN718
Strong Metal for High Temperature Applications
NickeyAlloy IN718 is an additive manufacturing material for a direct metal laser sintering (DMLS) 3D printing process. Hardening on precipitation, this nickel-chromium alloy can withstand temperatures of up to 700°C and is characterized by having google tensile, fatigue, creep and rupture strength.
Overview
Nickel Alloy IN718 is a heat and corrosion resistant nickel alloy powder that is ideal for many high temperature applications such as gas turbine parts, instrumentation parts, power and process industry parts etc. Parts built can be easily post-hardened by precipitation-hardening heat treatments.

Powered By DMLS
Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) is a laser-based technology of metal 3D printing that uses powdered metals. 3D printing with metal is the ideal alternative to complex designs that machining or casting can’t achieve as it offers the mechanical properties of aerospace standard materials and the design freedom of additive manufacturing.
