Smart & Automated Workflow.

Parts are precisely agitated in IPA to get every nook and cranny perfectly clean. Form Wash automatically lifts them from the IPA when the washing cycle ends to avoid over-soaking and warped prints. Once they’re air-dried, they’re ready for curing.

The importance of Post-Curing

Post-curing improves your part on a molecular level. 405 nm light initiates a reaction that cross-links the individual polymers, creating an interconnected, isotropic, and 100% dense final part.

  • Higher strength and stiffness
  • Higher surface hardness
  • Higher toughness
  • Higher temperature resistance
  • Better creep resistance

Maximize Material Properties

Parts 3D printed with Formlabs® Standard Resins can be cured at default time and temperature. For all other materials, use recommended settings for optimum performance.
