DMLS Additive Manufacturing Material
NickelAlloy IN625
Metal Alloy with Excellent Fatigue Properties
NickelAlloy IN625 is the perfect metal 3D printing material for building complex parts for high-temperature and high-strength applications. Using a Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) process we are able to produce IN625 3D printed parts that exhibit a high degree of heat and corrosion resistance.
Overview
Nickel Alloy IN625 carries high tensile, creep and rupture strength combined with good corrosion resistance in various corrosive environments. Parts built from Nickel Alloy IN625 can be heat treated and material properties can be varied within specified range. Parts can be machined, spark-eroded, welded, micro shot-peened, polished and coated in both as-built and in heat treated conditions.

Powered By DMLS
Direct Metal Laser Sintering (DMLS) is a laser-based technology of metal 3D printing that uses powdered metals. 3D printing with metal is the ideal alternative to complex designs that machining or casting can’t achieve as it offers the mechanical properties of aerospace standard materials and the design freedom of additive manufacturing.
