HP Multi Jet Fusion (MJF)
Nylon 11 (Polyamide / PA 11)
Manufacturing strong and ductile parts
HP 3D High Reusability PA 11 is a thermoplastic nylon 3D printing powder engineered for the Multi Jet Fusion 3D printing process. It is used to produce functional parts with high strength and ductility for a wide variety of industries such as prostheses, insoles, sports goods, snap fits, living hinges, and more. The Nylon PA11 can assure high-quality standards of the 3D printed parts as well as performance in terms of durability, detailing, and accuracy.
3D Print Parts Made to Last
Strong parts. Environmentally friendly. High productivity.
HP 3D High Reusability PA 11 is a polyamide (PA) material used in HP’s Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) 3D printing process. PA 11 is a thermoplastic polymer known for its toughness, chemical resistance, and high-temperature resistance. It is commonly used in the production of functional prototypes, end-use parts, and tooling. HP’s High Reusability PA 11 is specifically formulated to be highly durable and reusable, making it well-suited for applications that require parts with high strength and long-term performance. It is also easy to post-process and can be dyed or painted to achieve a wide range of colors.
Material Performance
HP 3D High Reusability PA11 has a low environmental impact, consumes less non-renewable resources to be produced, and has a superior thermal resistance. In addition, it is stable to light, UV, and weather. The Nylon PA11 black polyamide is also characterized by good elasticity, high elongation at break, and high impact resistance.
