An Update on Our Operations During COVID-19

First, we hope you, your family, friends and business are doing as well as they can while we all get through the COVID-19 crisis.

We just want to let our customers, suppliers, partners and friends know that we are up and running if and when you need us during this crisis. It’s really heartening to hear about the ways that many of you are finding to use 3D printing to help fill the gap in manufacturing, especially with medical supplies and equipment.

Our first priority is to make sure our team operates in a safe, healthy way. That said, we want to do everything we can to keep your business running smoothly, including being ready with the design, 3D printing, and 3D scanning tools you need; as well as the materials, technical support and advice to keep them running.

Our Production Services & Engineering

Our service bureau is open and operating at normal capacity. If you need a quote for your project, you can get one fast by visiting our 3D printing services page.

Our design and 3D scanning teams are also available through phone, email, and video conferencing to help with engineering projects, including any advice and assistance they can offer.

Inventory & Ordering

We have stock! While things may change, right now we are well stocked in most of our products,  including systems, parts and materials. The best way to order is through our online store, or directly with the orders team if that’s what you usually do.

Tech Support, Installation & Training

The tech support team is available for onsite installations and emergency technical issues if your facility allows visitors. We take every precaution necessary when onsite to ensure everyone’s safety. If access to your site is restricted, we can schedule an appointment.  Preventative maintenance visits are being rescheduled. Remote support is available through email, phone, and web conferencing.

Sales, Application Support & Demos

Our technical staff continues to offer remote demonstrations, webinars, and application support, and we can do so on-site if needed. We’re also available to meet with you and your team if you’re interested in our products and services. Again, we take every safety precaution necessary to minimize any risks associated with in-person meetings.

If there is anything else that you feel we can help you with, please don’t hesitate to ask. We’re here and we’ll continue to keep you up-to-date on our availability as the situation progresses.

For the most accurate and up-to-date information, visit the World Health Organization (WHO) website, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) website or Health Canada’s website.

Until next time, please stay safe & healthy!
