Simulate Production-Grade Plastics

With its improved mechanical performance, Digital ABS simulates plastics used in production by combining high-temperature resistances with high toughness.

Overview

Digital ABS is well-suited for applications that require high-impact resistance and shock absorption. Parts made with Polyjet Digital ABS Plus and ABS2 Plus will exhibit improved impact strength and resistance to high temperatures. Print parts that superior rigidity and toughness in walls thinner than 1.2mm (0.047 in) boasting Polyjet technology’s highest possible impact resistance and shock absorption. Use Digital ABS printing material for a wide range of applications such as: functional prototypes, manufacturing tools, molds, snap-fit parts, electrical parts, and engine parts.
