The Stratasys F770

THE STRATASYS

F770

Industrial Strength, Durability & Scale

The Stratasys F770 is designed for industrial-scale additive manufacturing based on the FDM Technology™. Print larger or more parts without compromising their complexity and quality. In addition, it can easily be operated and it does not require constant monitoring. With its 200 cubic inches of filament, the F770 is set to run up to 140 hours of unattended 3D printing.

Reliable and Affordable Large-Scale 3D Printing

Whether you need to 3D print large parts or several smaller parts such as manufacturing aids, assembly fixtures, or end-use parts, the new F770 3D printer by Stratasys® steps in to boost your manufacturing production. It’s designed with plug-and-print simplicity so anyone can print complex parts quickly and easily. With F770, the 3D printing process is a lights-out, 24/7 operation. Constant monitoring is not necessary while the printer is operating. You can always get updated static images of the print status on your mobile device due to the F770’s built-in camera and the GrabCAD’s monitoring feature.

 Advantages

The Smart Factory

Companies who acknowledge the importance of Industry 4.0 automation, on-demand manufacturing, and scalable part customization require connected 3D printing solutions that can integrate with their smart factory infrastructure.

F770 comes with MTConnect included, a manufacturing data communication protocol that lets you extract data and information from the printers — as well as other manufacturing equipment — that can be used to assess and optimize the manufacturing operations.

MTConnect allows the connectivity of Stratasys FDM 3D printers to third-party manufacturing enterprise systems (MES), business intelligence (BI) or enterprise resource planning (ERP) applications to maximize the 3D printing productivity and efficiency.

4.0 Industry FDM manufacturing

On-Demand Tooling

Build stronger yet lightweight jigs and fixtures, produce alternate parts that optimize your assembly line, or design complex tools as one contiguous component thus reducing the assembly times and post-build labour.

Dependable & Accessible

It is time to upgrade your manufacturing floor with a 3D printer that can increase your productivity by printing large or smaller parts, with less labour and post-processing time.

The F770 features industrial-grade technology for consistent, reliable performance and accurate results. Available model materials include two industry-standard thermoplastics available in three layer thicknesses (slice heights). Soluble support material enables complex designs and hands-free post-processing.

F770 is a hands-off machine that can be remotely monitored, easily operated, and can run continuously for up to 140 hours.

Applications

Stratasys F770 3d printed jigs and fixtures

Jigs and Fixtures

3D printing manufacturing tools like jigs and fixtures in-house will significantly reduce costs and lower lead times keeping your manufacturing processes moving smoothly. The large volume of the F770 means you can 3D print large pieces in a single piece, or many different tools at the same time.

Stratasys F770 3d printing prototypes

Rapid Prototyping

Print with engineering-grade materials to create full-sized prototypes instead of scaled-down versions with the large 3D printing capacity of the F770. Prototypes can be printed in a single build saving countless hours in post-processing and bonding.
