Bio-Compatible and Dental Materials



With the Bio-compatible material, you can rapidly prototype medical and dental products including dental delivery trays, surgical orthopaedic guides and hearing aids. The medical materials offer excellent visualization and great dimensional stability.

Polyjet VeroDent and VeroDent Plus are peach coloured versatile materials with high quality printability and smooth surfaces. They are easily removable support materials which can be used as dental guides in laboratories and dental offices. The Vero family of dental materials are also designed for orthodontic applications to serve as surgical guides. They may be used for 3D printing the most precise dentures with gel-like support that is easily removed using a water-jet cleaning system.
VeroDent (MED670) provides amazingly fine 16-micron layer thickness, rendering small features in great detail; and excellent strength and durability.
VeroDentPlus (MED690) also provides fine 16-micron layers, plus the best available strength and durability
Bio-compatible (MED610) is a clear material medically approved for temporary in-mouth placement.


PC-ISO is a bio-compatible material that is printed with FDM technology. PC-ISO is used for prototyping models and manufacturing support tools.

Bio-compatible PolyJet photopolymer is a rigid medical rapid prototyping material. It features high dimensional stability and colorless transparency. The material is ideal for applications requiring prolonged skin contact of more than 30 days and short-term mucosal-membrane contact of up to 24 hours. Bio-compatible material has five medical approvals including cytotoxicity, genotoxicity, delayed type hypersensitivity, irritation and USP plastic class VI. It can be used to create packaging products for medical and food processing.




Commonly used in food and drug packaging and medical device manufacturing due to its strength and medical compatibility, PC-ISO is bio-compatible (ISO 10993 USP Class VI) and can be gamma or EtO sterilized.



Bio-compatible (MED610) photopolymer is a rigid medical material ideal for applications requiring prolonged skin contact and short-term mucosal-membrane contact.
